Provided by YP.comCalled today, we have a sick puppy. He's new to us having only having him for a few months. We're out of work, Oil Field worker. Our pup, Bat Man, we think has parvenu. Honestly we are living from unemployment check to the next. Tried to go back to work, just didn't having any hours. Bat Man didn't pick when he was going to get sick. We called the SPCA hoping to get some help with medication or something. We explained our money problems and Becky there tell us about the law and a $65.00 fine if we don't take medical care of the puppy and the law reads you must provide food, shelter and medical care for your pet. It doesn't say if you can afford it. You talk about a heartless female. I've given my last dime to SPCA. I'm a annual donor to the SPCA or was. I just spent over $300.00 dollars at North Tyler Vet. on my little pet and he died any way. I was looking for more compassion than we got from the SPCA.
