Extremely disappointed in room and service. Waking up at 3 am stratching from bite. Looked in bed and it was invested with bedbugs in room 203. Went down stairs to get my money back and leave but a guy by the name Jon states his system was down and could move me to a different room until manager gets in that morning at 8am. Tried 2 different room and finally gave me a room with NO WORKING AIR 202. Ask me to just stay until the morning and receive a refund. Went to office and this Indian lady who refuse to release her name states she would not give me a refund because I was moved to different room.after going back and forth with her about my inconvenience at her hotel she then block to window so I can no longer speak. Called orkin myself and let them know about the infested room.
