We have the lowest possible bundle of canle and internet (no home phone) with 250 GB per month. The price is way over $100 and fluctuates quite often. In matter of fact, I've noticed it just goes up every month and we keep getting told we are using too much data and when we look at the graph on their site, the usage is through the roof. There was a day when my family was on vacation and so was our neighbors. Our other neighbors had just moved out. It showed we used 22 GB's on a day when we were gone. STOP LYING TO YOU CUSTOMERS. Also, take off the ridiculous data cap as its just phishing. Good job lobbying with the city because if I were mayor, you'd be gone in a heartbeat.

suddenly DISAPPOINTED!

This 'business' offers the BUNDLE...YEA RIGHT! WE GOT THE BUNDLE ALRIGHT-A BIG BILL BUNDLED ALL IN ONE!
When the installer came out to connect our phone cable and internet he was totally confused
I thought when you get cable installed whether you have the overrated HD box or not it would be hooked up to more than one TV in one room. When guest and myself wanna watch TV we all have to huddle in one room. Then the 'cable guy' purposely cut the other cable wires, I assume to prevent us from purchasing splitters so obviously he did this on porpoise purpose in order for us to have to call another tech back out and pay additional fees too have more if their precious cable ran to other rooms. So you undecided people that wonder should you get cable, direct TV or dish-my suggestion is- NOT SUDDENLINK! These crooks charged me $185 bucks for the bundle and installation (which is fine-I think) but one month later I get my first bundle bill and its a WOPPING FREAKING $339 and for what? Cable in one room, absolutely no premium channels, minimum internet usage and three local phone calls. Seriously SUDDENLINK? Is this how you treat unsuspecting trusting customers? I'd rather have kept my free digital box!
No thanks SUDDENLINK you will be banished from my household!
