REN made up for what was beginning to be a terrible experience. I won’t go into everything, but needless to say when you have to call in the manager before you’re even seated things aren’t going well!!
I must compliment her on her professionalism and ease of handling a bad situation. Ren - top marks!!

Food is always good. This visit was the 1st time we went with more then 4 people, we had a party of 10. I was beyond disappointed that the practice is to split party's over 8 people up. I wanted to have dinner with my family, not look at half of them across the aisle. Now we know that when we all go out again where not to go.

Simply awesome. The food here is great. Everything was on point. From the minute we entered the building the staff was so welcoming n very professional curteous, and caring. My husband n I had a great time along with our impeccable dining experience. My husband is a steak man. This is one of the best places to dine n enjoy a flavorable meal.The rolls are like mom used to make. I had grilled pork chop n it was the best . There with that being said , if u haven't tried the rest , stop here first n try the best. I promise u will love it.

All food was hot and came in a timely fashion . I will return !!!!!

This is by far the best steak in Tyler. My family and I are repeat customers. We have never had a bad experience. Staff is great food is always delish!! If steak is what your lookin for this is the place. If you do call ahead seating at least a hour before you plan to be there you can get seated within minutes of your arrival.
