I have been a customer for 7yrs or more until today. I put 2 items in to be cleaned when I went to pick up my beautiful dress was missing. I was told it was in claims and the ticket read it was missing. I was able to catch the manager before she left and was told the owner went on vacation and it will be a week before they can try to resolve the issue. I know some one has to be left in charge. Again I was told no the owner checks in with all the stores daily and she will relay information. It seams to me that when they knew it was a problem why they didn't call me. I need this dress for wedding this weekend. Now Iam going to have to search around for a plum dress which is a hard color to find. Iam do disappointed and hurt. I really think some one took my dress. They are already trying to offer me money before they even try to resolve or find my dress. What they are offering does not even cover the cost of the dress not to mention the inconvenience of me having to find another dress in time for the wedding. Not a happy person.
