Rude and unprofessional. They didn't have anyone at the reception desk and waited about ten minutes for someone to attend me. When no one showed up, I called out through the reception window for someone to attend me. I could hear voices, no one would come to attend me, I was being ignored. I then called the number to The Lab, and the lady was curt toward me when I requested for someone to attend me. I was made to wait an additional 15 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. Honestly, they don't deserve a one rating because their demeanor, lack of professionalism, and lack of total customer care is below the minimum. Their service is atrocious. I hope to never deal with them ever again.

RUDENESS EVERY TIME!!! Took my grand daughter for a court paternity test (guy wanted it, we had offered to do it months before, much cheaper). Showed up, we were the only customers in the place. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The lady that came was nothing but RUDE. Had to go back the next day for the test, because we did not have an appointment, but the guy went and got right in for his part??? Have not heard anything from them about the results, has been 3 weeks. Called to check on the results and was again rudely greeted.
