Consumer beware! Our experience with Trinity Valley was an absolute nightmare. The owner and superintendent met my wife and I prior to construction to discuss each phase. We expressed our concerns and they assured us not to worry. To say the least, they failed to deliver. During the project, physically and verbally marked electrical lines were hit and repaired at my expense, the depth of the shallow end of the pool was off by 1 ft, unsupervised employees used my tractor when I was not home and denied it until I proved it, unsupervised employees were found burying grass under new concrete, they delivered the wrong flagstone, I was accused of altering formwork when they didn't have enough concrete for the decking, the owner and workers blatantly drove through my neighbor's yard, the dirt from the pool was dumped on private property, every other tile on the benches on one side of the pool was removed during plaster so it doesn't match the other side, and a drainage system other than what was stated on the contract was installed in the decking. They have recently dismissed all liability for drainage issues related to the pool and stated we are not allowed as customers. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and Trinity Valley, of course, denied arbitration. The owner's response letter to the bureau was the most childish, unprofessional letter and an absolute defamation of character of my family. We chose not to sue them because we are tired of dealing with the situation and we strongly believe their practices will catch up with them sooner or later. All employees, including the owner are the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with, however we were strongly assured and promised a great experience in the beginning. They are the typical "take your money and run" company. So if you are considering using Trinity Valley, I hope you read this and I urge you to consider someone else.
