Well, I've had good and bad experiences here, but for the most part I Love them and will not go anywhere else. At times the associates are not very talkative , but they are VERY knowledgeable . anyways..... Thumbs up!

Love Love love that place if it breaks they take care of it i love there flavors i drive 1 and 1/2hours just to go to them must must go ull quite smoking save urs and everyone around u life pick a flavor stay with it and it works!! tell them Samantha sent u!!!

Sold me bad e juice and wouldn't let me exchange it for different e juice or even admit it was their fault for making it incorrectly

Terrible service

and a huge ripoff

I went to check this place out after hearing about it from people at work. I have to say its a pretty classy establishment. My favorite thing about it is that its dedicated to JUST vaping and everyone on the staff there is very knowledgeable about their products, not just the juices but the vaporizers themselves. I walked in a complete novice and walked out very satisfied about what I had learned and decided to buy. I spoke with Jason mostly. I explained my experience, what I was looking for and he was able to answer all my questions. He didn't try to sell me anything above my level as a novice, and was very patient while I made up my mind about it. Also, they have a wall full of every flavor they offer to sample. They literally hand you a fresh mouthpiece and a battery pack and show you how to test the flavors and leave you to decide for yourself. The starter kits include everything you need to get started for about $30 (that includes a bottle of juice, the battery, charger, and a tank) Additional pieces (extra tanks, juices, etc) start about about $5 a piece which is very reasonable. I just can't say enough good things about my experience there and I'll definitely be back.

Went in yesterday and waited for someone to help me. Literally stood there. The guys in the shop looked at me and the girl I was with but never said anything. No " be right with you," "help you in a minute," or anything like that... Are you serious? One was just carrying one a convo with a couple that was just hanging out. After about 10 minutes of standing there we just walked out, and the guys behind the counter watched us walk out. Waste of time!!!!

This is Cathy's husband and my review of the uptown vapor lounge has always been the best from day 1if it werent for them I would prolly still be smoking well started back smoking j GI e them a 5 star just for being the first vap shop to open here

Great place! Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Really like the fact you can taste the flavors before you buy them, and that they make all the liquids there. Prices were very reasonable on all items. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends.

Excellent, cool, laid back staff with tons of stuff for all you e-vapor-ers out there. HIghly recommended out of all the 'smoke shops' or 'head shops' in the Tyler area! :-)
