This is the worst management company ever! They allow construction in condos as early as 8am and allow until sundown. So if your neighbor is remodeling above you, it's just too bad and you're expected to suffer through it. They don't care about cleanliness either. Bugs and spiders all over the common interior areas and they don't respond to requests to get rid of them. They say it's just the season for it and they'll go away on their own. They don't post times or dates to expect work to be done on lawns or exterupts either so if you windows are open when the grass is being cut, your whole house can get filled with debree and they again, will not respond to that at all. No consideration or respect for neighbors as long as your dues are paid they get paid and that's all they care about. Appalling service and useless company
