This place has been a wonderful and Fun Family center from growing up going to bringing my own children ! The staff is always helpful ! The sunday adult night is the best date night for my wife and I ,with lots of great friends !

That's odd, when i went recently i had amazing service!!! Whenever my party asked for a drink, or food, they sure were quick! Also, when i called to get my information they were extremely friendly. I go there a lot so I don't really understand what your talking about. maybe that girl was having a bad day :}. Roller Kingdom is AWESOME :)!!

My daughter received terrible service when she called Roller Kingdom to get the schedule and pricing. The girl, Jen, who answered the phone was rude and hung up on her twice. I called back and Jen couldn't answer my questions either. Then she said she was the manager and that no one else was available to talk to me. But, then the owner, Lee (I don't know that he's really the owner), got on the phone. I had to talk to the owner to find out the cost of skating there!!!! Absolutely unacceptable customer service!!! Someone should teach them some people skills.
