Poor interpersonal skills. Discussed patient's issues in waiting area. I heard him belittle one parent. Did not document reason work was done and insurance wouldn't pay initially. We had to get documentation from previous dentist and pediatrician to be covered. When we changed dentists from Kistner, our new dentist commented that the work was not done well. We did get an appointment quickly though.
