Provided by YP.comCustomer Service is lacking. No follow up calls; hard to get in touch with anyone at the store. Carpeting was ordered and a very large downpayment given and months went by without the product being delivered. Many excuses were given for the delay. Still trying to get money back. Think twice about using them for flooring.
