I had to program my PCM and the only place that can do this is a dealer or a shop that has the correct tool. I had it towed to their shop and the owner had mentioned that the PCM rarely good bad so I took his advice and had it diagnosed and it turned out to be a blown fuse they saved me $250.00. Glad that I took it there.

Great service. I needed my truck towed to the dealer at night and called OnStar for a tow. They sent out All in One. They arrived on time, the driver knew his stuff and he even called me to let me know he got the truck to the dealer with no problems and he left it in a secure area. That is the kind of service you don't get every day.

Company took vehicle without proper procedure of asking the owner to take it off the land. This company did not call to let us know they were to retrieve the vehicle, they did not even knock on our door. Instead, opened our gate and took the vehicle from under us. It wasn't a repo, but a damaged vehicle and they will not work with us.

We were preparing to return to Sacramento when our battery died. We contacted our insurance company and it was a nightmare, we were told it would be about 45 minutes. Aout 10 minutes later we received a call from a man asking us where we wanted to be towed. Surprise- this was earlier than the 45 minutes we were originally told. He checked things out, recharged the battery, and after talking with him we decided we needed a new battery before returning to Sacramento. We followed him to the nearest Auto Zone and we got our new battery and were back on our way. More than once this young man stated he would stay with us until he knew we were on our way. We found out this young man, Reuben, was even working past his regular shift. We know companies always hear when something goes wrong- and we decided to let you know when something went right! We cannot say enough about Reuben- his personality, his professionalism, his willingness to help, and we never got the impression he wanted to get back to the office to end his shift. You have an excellent employee in Reuben and we wish him all the best in his future.

I've been taking my vehicles to All in One for service ever since Keith took over the business from Don Loehr back in the '90s. Over that span of time, they have given me nothing but excellent service, and I credit them with the outstanding service life and reliability that my vehicles have given me -- over 225,000 miles on one, and over 355,000 miles on my current one. I have no hesitation in recommending All in One!

All in One always comes through. The work is done right, and you won't get any BS. If you like smarmy so-called "professional" style nonsense or someone to kiss your rear, then All in One is not your choice. But if you want your car fixed properly at a fair price, give them a try. All the staff have always treated me like a friend, despite my *only* link to the business being a repeat customer.
