My Honda civic broke down last weekend and the guys at alliance did an excellent job, I am really thankful that they stayed late after hours to get me back in the road since I had to work the next day very early

They got the parts shipped late on the day but they went the extra mile to take care of me

I highly recommend Alliance!!!!

I took my car to another auto shop, but their quote for a diagnosis was outrageous plus they said it would take about 2 days just to diagnose.

I decided to go to Alliance. I had a great first impression. I couldnt believe how clean it was. It didn't feel like a greasy auto body shop. I was immediately greeted by Salvador who was really friendly and helpful. He said they could start working on my car at 2:30 that same day and would know what was wrong by the end of the day. Sure enough, he called a little before 5. I was shocked!!! What the competition told me was gonna take 2 days, only took 2.5 hrs. My car was ready the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had detailed my car.
I have heard of auto shops taking advantage of woman, but this wasn't the case...he treated me with respect and didn't make me feel dumb because I don't speak car language.
Oh, and by the way....He even gave us a delicious slice of red velvet cake :-) yum

To all you guys out there....I had a great experience and I'm sure you will too. I hope I never have car problems again, but if I do...I know where I'm going, as long as me and my car are getting excellent service...Alliance is my #1 choice!!!!

Love Alliance! Definately a auto dealership alternative (I was taking my car to Santa Rosa). And they dont treat me like a "dumb woman"
