Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing help! John Chan Plumbing did the plumbing for our neighbor's house addition so I called him early one morning when our sewer line backed up. He showed up right away, cleaned out the line (damn tree roots!), and charged a very reasonable rate. Plumbing issues are a major hassle and I appreciated his quick response!

I had a major water leak and had to stop and repair the main pipe. Two workers sent to dig trenches on driveway and front yard. They have cut the wrong water line and had to repair the damage. Business owner who is licensed did not show up. The bill was outrageous! $160 per hour for two workers. Never had any deductions on the damaged pipe line. I will never get their service.

Called this plumber to fix a broken water line that was leaking. (urgent) John said he would come and fix it and he never showed up, He had my phone number and he never called. Re-calling him only gave me an answering machine. And the water is still off to my house.
