I recently took my craftsman DYT 4000 riding lawn mower to PR Bushby Sharpening, that was purchased there 2 years ago in for servicing. After a week of no response I called to ask on the status of the mower, I was told they got in fired up after replacing the magneto but it still needed a fuel line and would be ready in 1 or 2 days. On the second day I received a call saying that due to a bad governor, once they replaced the fuel lines and started up the mower that in blew the rods and the motor was destroyed. When talking to the owner he said come in on the following Monday and he would have another riding lawn mower we could work out a deal on. When I got there on Monday he said he doesn't have a mower ready to sell and there's nothing he would do for me stating " it would of happened anywhere you took it" so I said to load it up which he did after trying to take my brand new battery which I bought the day I dropped it off after telling him its mine and I have the receipt he exclaimed "that was a waste of time" and threw it back in without reconnecting ,also dragging some metal bar connected to the steering on the ground when I commented on it he said it was fine and keeped pushing only solving the issue when it got in his way to load it in my truck. And then put my unattached mowing deck in my truck. When I asked for my 30 dollar deposit back he said he has more then that in parts put on my mower, which he should of taking off after destroying my motor. I always liked this shop and told any one with small motor repair needs or to get anything sharpened about PR Bushby. I'm really disappointed with the the way I was treated and there work
