I had had dozens of computers repaired here for the business where I work. I never had to have work re-done and they tell me if the unit is not worth fixing.

This place diagnosed my computer fine. I had a bad memory stick. I don't believe they actually fix computers as I had to take it and fix it myself. The plan of action I had discussed with the technician was that I could come in with my old memory and have it installed and take my bad memory back to staples to exchange (which they handled wonderfully though I had no receipt). When I came with my old memory and ready to take the faulty memory I was presented with my computer and the bad stick taped to the front. I had to remove the other stick myself as you can't really exchange a two pack of memory with one stick. And honestly for the $70 diagnostic they couldn't take the second stick out. Horrible communication between techs and staff. Don't take you computer here unless you plan to fix it yourself. Horrible customer service. If my computer breaks again I'll just do everything myself because they aren't worth the money. Also don't go in there with heels as their floor is some sort of metal grating very unstable and has holes.
