On Thursday, March 11, 2010, I shopped at the Sav-A-Lot in Eutist, Fl,

This was my first experience with Sav-A-Lot grocery. After collecting my items, I proceeded to the cashier; a retirement age fellow with glasses. He began to skew my items and place them in the cart. My response was: "You don't bag the items?' He then proceeded to embarrass me (and the customer behind me), very loudly exclaiming "we have the best prices in town!" and "you buy bags" so I then told him that I wanted 3 small and 2 large, which he added into the basket. After paying I removed myself from the embarrassing situation; went OUTSIDE and bagged my groceries. I almost walked out in the middle of check out. Not only did he yell about the savings, he downed Pubix with a statement that they don't GIVE bags, ya pay for 'em! But he went on and on, almost until I was out of the store. He sis not know the importance of being nice.

Another issue: During shopping, a young dark haired girl blocked myself and 3 other shoppers with a large restock cart. We just looked at each other...her rudeness was exceeded only by her rudeness. We all patiently waited for her to move and continued on our shopping mission.

You may benefit from an under-cover boss experience at this store. OR retire and /or fire the employees that disrespect their employment. I know I will not return to that store or any other Sav-A-Lot, for fear of being exposed to sheer rudeness, alone.
