i stopped over to get an account changed from my dad and Joyce was super helpful and their response was very quick. it was a joy to deal with the entire office staff, they were a real source of background information on who to contact for various services and their prompt service was spot on. they are always very pleasant when I contact them.

Oh its bad.. The woman I spoke (the owner?) to was so nasty and insulting. After commenting (nicely) I ended up with a price increase. No kidding... AND they would only deliver cod, no credit (I have good credit ratings). They wouldn't check the tanks, and I had to call when the tanks were at 40% (they schedule deliveries 2 weeks out) I was out during the cold spell. 30 below, space heaters, sleeping bags, water running and hot drinks. Another company changed the tanks and filled me up on credit the next day. With a smile.
Then again, this website wont let me post unless I join YP, so wheres the truth? With the companies that pay for listings? Or the non paying public?

Well I don't know what you could of done Jason L. I have been with Boulder Oil since they were bought out from Jess Howe's and that's a very long time ago. These folks are down to earth and have a great team working for them . They hide no fee's and hide other ways of ripping you off like other companies do. Been with them just for that reason.

Worst fuel company ever! The lady behind the desk, no words for people like that! Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!
