After they stained a shirt with some kind of liquid that took the color out of it, not only they blamed me by it assuming it was bleach from my house, but after that they:

a) Refused to answer phone calls and emails for a week

b) Kept the rest of my clothes for 8 days and after two regular deliveries (where the skipped my house) when they delivered them back they were not even cleaned.

Amazingly I even agreed to send the shirt to a third party to check for the nature of the stains, but the company didn't follow through on that (I'm sure they knew the answer is that they stained it).
