I own a home in Union City Georgia and was refered by a neighborhood web site. I was needing to rent my home out and being my first home and first time faced with these issues I trusted that one person's word.

Oh my GOD!!!!!!!! Wrong wrong thing to do I never meet her in person only spoke to her over the phone. I had one bad experience after another. The tenant she found for me was late every month. When I asked for Anita to evict the tenant she never would. Told me that I need to be patient and that God don't like ugly(I didn't hire her to be my spirtual guide!! just manage my property). As time went on she then began to tell me that the tenant has more rights than I do and I'm the owner of the home. She was so concered about collecting her fees that she didn't care for me the owner the one who hired her.

Then when I began to question her she got angry and dropped me as a client leaving me in limbo with a tenant in my home that I knew nothing about!! When I requested the tenant file she refused and told me the only way I would get that information was if I hired an attorney. So I had a tenant that was not paying and a management company that was refusing to give me the tenant information.

Two months and thousands of dollars later after having to hire an attorney and court fees I finally got the tenant out of my home.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERINCE THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!

This has been a nightmare
