Provided by YP.comFirst, let me say Thank You to Trent & Jason for treating me so well. This was a very comfortable experience at a car dealership. Some places you go to, do not give the service this place does. I've recommended to friends, already, when you're in the ATL area, and looking for a car, stop here first. I am very pleased with every aspect of my deal. When it's time to trade my car in, I'll return to Nalley Honda. Trent & Jason, Thanks again.

Provided by YPmobileI always use Nalley Honda for my service needs. Kwesi took care of everything right away. I came in at 3pm and was out before 5! I mentioned to him that I didn't want the price out of control so he kept me updated on everything. I'm very pleased!

Provided by YP.comI have 3 Hondas and have used Nalley for all of my warranty work and majority of my service work. I had a couple of issues, one with a scrubbing noise in the steering wheel and another with an engine noise. The steering noise was fixed right away but the engine noise took a little more time to track. The tech went and drove a known good car 2014 accord v-6 and was able to simulate the same sound as my 2013 accord v-6 car under the same conditions. Then the service manager Joey Kelley offer to have me come and drive the new car the technician drove just to give me peace of mind. I did, and got to spend a little time with the technician Matt that had worked on my car, and was most impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Honda product.

Provided by YP.comMy family and I visited Nalley Honda on a Sunday afternoon just to see what cars they had on the lot under a certain price range. We were greeted by a friendly Nally Sales Consultant who was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. We picked out a car we liked and started the paperwork to see if we could make things work in our favor. We had to wait until the following day to see if we would be approved for the car and we were. We purchased the car on that Monday. I would buy from this dealership again!!!

Provided by YP.comI had a great experience on this 2002 Honda Civic EX engine repair. My service adviser quoted me a price and date on the repair after troubleshooting revealed the problem. I was kept up to date and the problem was repaired and on the date given. Excellent job Nalley Service!

Provided by YP.comPleas BEWARE of this Honda dealer. I went there in December and they sent my information to about 14 lenders all at once. This cost about 100 points. I went to Nalley Honda yesterday to let them know I was not happy that they did this. The only reply was that they would let their boss know.
PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CREDIT SCORE DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!! It could cost you 100 points. According to EQUIFAX you can't even dispute the inquiries thourgh them you have to contact each company that pulled you credit.
By the way no response from the boss as of yet. They do Not tell you they are doing this. SUPRISE.
