On Jan. 17, I called Anavic to request setting up an appointment there. Very nicely, I asked them for a particular stylist. They hung up on me. I called back because I still wasn't able to set up an appointment. The woman screamed on the phone, "Don't bother me!" and hung up. Apparently, this is an unprofessional salon that *does not* value either business or people.
