My husband rented a van and on the way to return it back to the site, it started showing signs of braking down. My husband called the facility, but he was instructed to continue driving it.. The van broke down on the highway. My husband called them back and waited about 2 hours for a towing truck. Two months later we got a bill $1000 for abandonment of vehicle and towing charges!!!
