Friday June 24th 2016 @8:15 pm . I was using my card to add money . My usual 20 to get my 5 dollar bonus . My card wasn't working properly so I asked the woman working there for help . She walked over to the machine n put the card in and of course it worked. She then said while holding the card in the machine for me to insert my money . I pulled out 2 - 10 dollar bills and proceeded to insert them ,once the second bill deposited I notice my blance was $20.36 not $25.36 . I told her and asked what happened ? She then tells me I didn't insert a $20,bill and the 2 $10 bills didnt qualify . I was thrown back a bit but she pointed to the machine that said on top u must use a $20,bill only . She then said the oh next time I'll get my 5 bonus . I told her really mam I never noticed the 20 bill part and it was a mistake . Thinking any decent establishment would try to correct my error . Well not her and she wouldn't give a phone number to call
