I have been bragging about the Reuben sandwich at the Bear Inn for a year now. I had it 3 times the summer of 2015, each time take out. I was excited to share it with my mom today, but unfortunately it is not the same quality as last year. It seems much smaller, less flavor. I called in an order to pick up, specifically asked what comes with it and was told chips. When I arrived to pick up I questioned the lack of chips and was told that they don't come with to go orders. ?? don't understand this as each time I've had it TO GO before it always had chips with it. Plus, when I told the girl that checked me out,, well I was told on the phone when I ordered it came with chips, why did they not honor what they told me on the phone? Really? Those chips probably cost them all of 10 cents. $7 was way too much for this subpar sandwich with no side and the lack of customer service will prevent me from ever recommending it again.

Owners are rude people out only for themselves and to have a good time. I have seen multiple people (including myself) treated horribly and unfairly. Owners do not care. They also allow underage drinking.
