I think that the management team at this store is the poorest quality people that could be found....They are rude and they are liars. Also the sale items that are advertised are NEVER in the store when you go there. They can not tell the same story when any question is asked...for instance...first they claim to be SOLD OUT...then they never recieved the items and then the 3rd person says oh i know we recieved the items because the manager and THE OTHER clerks bought one of the items. This is fine but why not give the employees the itens for a bonus and just not advertise them. Of course using the shopper guide is useless also because where it says rain checks available...the mgr then claims oh they won't let us give out rain checks....Does this not sound like false advertising from the start?.When you question the mgr and or the clerk as i did this past week i get told hey if you don't like our POLICIES...go shop some where else. And when i talked to the last clerk about what the mgr told me she said...oh he did not say that your lying...Well i have had this problem at Freds for my last time. I plan on never buying another item from Freds in the future and would discourage any and all to follow suit and shop elser. The item i am refering to this time was the vinyl to disc recorder...but this is by far the first item this has happened on.Thank you for letting me vent my frustratins but they have been building up for years....I would have no problem discussing this with you in the future...again ...Thank You...Robert Dilday
