I love me some Petsense. I noticed all the reviews on here are really old. The staff here NOW is fantastic. The selection is even better since they remodeled the whole store! Super friendly vibe and educated employees.

They are very unfriendly and have horrible customer service.

i adopted a cat from pet semse in union city, and then i sent it back because i had a boxer (still a puppy) and when we brought the cat home he ran straight into our room were the dog was, the dog was in a kennel but barked at the cat of course, and the cat stayed in hiding for like 1 month well i kept callin and tellin them i wanted to return the cat and they kept sayin give it time give it time. so i did welll you only get 10 days to return the pet well i had called carroll county humane society and told them i didnt want it and they said ok your ten days has stopped and since you live so far away you can return the cat when you get a chance so about a month went by and i returned the cat and now the will not give me my money back which is 80 dollars b/c we waited to late to bring him back. which the man i talked to said it didnt matter how long. then the board appealed giving me my money back and decided we were not gettin it back b/c ppl that work at pet sense said our boxer is aggresive towards the cats when we go in there. which no he is not...ya he sniffs and wants to go over to them cause he never been around something like that. SO this is another person they just lost. DO NOT ADOPT PETS FROM PETSENSE.

Yeah, they have good, healthy pet food and the cutest kitties I've ever seen. The place is pretty well organized, and I don't know if the groomers do any good because I haven't had an animal groomed there. And I don't plan to. The one thing that turned me off to this store was the woman who worked there. She was a complete *insert bad word here* to me for absolutely no reason. I was giving her my business! And how was I repayed? The woman was a smart elic to me. She gave me an attitude when I asked her questions (I only asked two, so I wasn't being annoying). I have to commend her though. She can be that way to everyone and still get customers. But as for me, she's lost my business. Should've been a tad more friendly.
