The below review was written 6 years after we retired and closed our store and restaurant (2014).
The author was removed from an internship/apprenticeship course for cause from a State of CT. Dept of Labor Program. This individual was not entitled to Unemployment Benefits due to this.

This review comes from a person who almost never gives a bad review. Even is this situation I can't give it a 1-star rating. I always work directly with a company/organization/owners with suggestions for improvement while publicly praising a job well done! You can see the other reviews I have given by clicking my name in google reviews. This "review" comes after careful consideration.

I worked closely with the owners Nancy and Barry for a few months. I have seen the inner workings and heard the conversations first hand. I don't write this as a disgruntled former "employee". I want to protect you from getting hurt. I will be honest and tell you the good and the bad. The farm is a beautiful place with so much potential. I'm not saying what I experienced/saw couldn't be improved on with changes made. After what transpired, I was contacted directly by people asking for help or clarification with issues. I help people as if I was in their shoes.
