I am pleased to share with readers the good experience I had with Groomingdales. As a business owner, I am very particular about personal service and attention to detail. I was pleased how attentive they were to both my pup as well as myself. I will definitely use them again and am glad to recommend them to others. Groomingdales is the BEST! Callie and her crew truly care about our two pooches and we have been going to them for 6 years now. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are! I have recommended several relatives that have also been going there for years! Brenna

Groomingdales is the only place I would take my dog...EVER!!! They are professional and have the experience and patience to know how to handle and care for each dog that walks through their doors. My dog gets excited when we pull up and she rushes through to the door because she knows she is going to be pampered and treated well.



I know there is one bad review but believe me, there are two sides to the story! I know the owner and each groomer and bather personally and they are all professional and excellent with each pet that walks through the door. Unfortunately I am also familiar with the people that wrote the bad review. They have lived up to their reputation once again and are out to try and destroy someone's livelihood. Please keep in mind that even though their pet is alive and well after a freak accident, they are determined to get as much as they can out of this and have even been heard bragging about doing so. They have made false accusations and are posting these lies to try and destroy the reputation of Groomingdales because this kind of hatred is what gives these people pleasure.



My entire family has been taking their dogs to Groomindales for several years without incident and we will continue to show our patronage by taking them for many years to come. DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES AND PLEASE KNOW THAT GROOMINGDALES IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL GROOMING BUSINESS IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY WITH THE EXPERIENCE TO BACK IT UP!!!
