A follow up to my previous review. I sent a letter regarding concerns of poor service and requesting service termination. I also asked them to contact me regarding the charge they placed on my credit card and discuss an appropiate fee for 1 use of a monthly service. They failed to respond or otherwise discuss the charge to my credt card account. Moreover, a month later they billed me for the services terminated. To get this resolved, prevent any additional charges to my card, I sent in a consumer complaint to the Michigan Department of Attorney. American Waste responded with a letter these customer reviews were bogus, as were my complaints and that the billing was due to a new accounting system error, complaining that if I had contacted them after receiving the bill they would have corrected the error without the need to involve the Michigan Attorney General's office. I understand they w refund monies received but as shown not w/o having involved the Attorney General.

Support your local buisness. I have never had a problem with them. reasonable prices..

Do not do business with American Waste. Particularly Fred. Very poor customer service, refuses to return calls and will not pay on work done.
