This place offers terrible customer service. Very nasty attitudes, not personable, and the friendliness is more of phoniness. After coming to this place for more than 5 years.. I am finally switching to a new dentist office. They are always rude and short with u over the phone! The ladies in the front who calls u to confirm appts. are very nasty. I feel that if u are getting my money or my insurance's money, u should treat your clients with respect as the clients are how they are able to stay in practice. Don't ever get too comfortable where u can be rude to customers for no reason like you're the only dentist in town. When I expressed this to the lady from the office who called me.. She responded with "go ahead, u are free to go wherever u want". This place needs to take sensitivity classes and should not be in practice! The doctor needs to hire different ppl with more respect because if every patient left them then who will they have? In my eyes customer service is very imp!!
