Dr. Arnold has really gone above and beyond what I have been accustom to from my prior eye doctors. She readily answers any and all questions, be it by phone call or simply dropping by the office without an appointment. I have referred others to her office, she and her delightful staff took extra time with them to ensure that they were at complete ease and understood each and every aspect of their condition and prescription. She is truly there to help and cares about each and every patient she see's. The offices concern that you are properly fitted with a frame that both suits your needs best and also fits your lifestyle best is truly a service that is both unique and exceptional. It is really great to find a doctor's office that gives customer service that same degree of importance as the diagnosis and treatment.
