During the process he is easily available, returns calls promptly, good news and bad, and compensated for weak support from the Realtor. He presents the situation, offers solutions and courses of action and never leaves you out of the loop. Paul’s calm and clear explanations avoided needless anxiety and gave us all confidence. The sale had many complications and the process could have taken much longer.

My realtor gave me the names of three attorneys to choose from... I was in such a hurry I didn't bother and picked the first one.



In a nutshell:



This attorney lacks motivation, is very unprofessional (secretary included) and does not work well with others. And all parties involved agree (realtor, bank, seller, buyer).



His secretary hung up on me because I was "questioning" weather the title had been ordered. I was right the titled had not been ordered and closing was delayed. After giving ultimatums and much frustration I finally closed on the property but even up to the last hour I was not sure that we would close because Mr. Edelson had other appointments.



I'm also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I hope that nobody ever goes through what I went through. A little tip that will save you time, money and headaches - Steer clear from this guy.
