Have nothing but positive things to say about Ed's auto body ..their customer service was spectacular very nice people would definitely recommend this place to everybody

Ed's is a great family-owned and operated business. I needed a new side mirror with all new wiring (I had knocked mine off). I took it in and was greeted with smiles and someone even called me ma'am. They got the car information and told me I could leave it with them or bring it back that afternoon when the part came in. I elected to leave it with them. They completed the job same day and it cost a lot less than I was expecting. He asked me if I wanted the factory mirror or the custom one. I opted for the factory since it was cheaper. I really appreciated him giving me the quote including parts, labor, and tax before I even committed to having the work done there. When I went to pick the car up that afternoon I wound up just chatting with the nice man and woman in the office. Ed's is exactly what I was looking for: a nice, honest, family-run business. Since I am new to the area I really wasn't sure where to take my car. After doing a Google search and reading other reviews of Ed's I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did! I will definitely be returning for other work that I need done on my car and I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done.
