Very disappointed I planned a whole night out in Manhattan with 4 other couples for my husbands 50th birthday. I had reservations for a comedy show & dinner afterwards. The limo was a half hour late causing us to hit more traffic arriving into the city an hour later than planned. We missed half an hour of the comedy show. The driver wasn't even apologetic all he said is he hit traffic. so much for him arriving 15 min early as the company told me he would be there at 4pm he didn't pull up to the 1st house until 4:45. The driver himself was hard to understand his English was not clear at all! he did not seem very skilled at backing out of my dead end street which I do all of the time. I have to say this put the night off to a stressful start, the company itself said they would add the time on to the end of the night but that wasn't really much help to me as far as getting the night off to a good start & surprising my husband. I will say the limo itself was very nice. And the driver always came within 10min of being called but that should be the case when you are paying just about $100 an hour! I would only recommend this limo company If you are close by because being of the transportation business they should NOT use traffic as an excuse to show up late!
