my car is in thier service department since12/1. today is 12/11. first they told me the part they needed would be there in a couple days. then after 4 days they told me that now they are not waiting for that part due to it being re called. now they are supposedly waiting for a different part thats suppose to fix the problem and that part would come in a week. well here we are a week later from that time now and still no part. my car has been sitting there for 10 days already and nothing has been done. no one calls me back. i have been having to pay people for rides to work so i dont lose my job for ten days. these people are very uncaring. terrible customer service. every time i call i am transfered to a line that no one picks up. my car is under full warranty still and i feel if i were a paying customer then maybe they would actually have my car fixed by now. i always heard subaru were great cars. i guess this is unless they have problems. if you need work done thats under warranty then prepare to be with out a car for half a month to a month atleast. terrible customer service and complete lack of communication with the customer. i would not advise anyone to go here ever.
