Thinking I was unlucky enough to visit on a day when they had a sub standard crew working. Went in for severe pain in left side (I have history of kidney stones) I was sent to xray then after painful attempts to start an IV I was givin a small dose of pain meds that didn't help at all. After about an hour the doctor came in and advised I only had UTI and no stone. Was sent home in extreme pain. They stated they could do nothing further for the pain of the UTI. after 9 hours of extreme pain at home.. I passed a very large kidney stone that I was told I didn't have.
