My son has attended Duck Hollow Learning Center since he was 8 weeks old. The staff is extraordinary and take wonderful care of the children! They are all early childhood educational professionals, which is hard to find in Fayette County. I NEVER have to worry about leaving him when he is in their care.

I would tell them to TRIPLE check your bill. They over charged me $296.00 & I still have not received my refund, it has been over a month! But, when you are a day late, they will charge you a late fund, but you have to wait for billing department to do paperwork once a month to receive your refund. Also, you have to pay for holidays when your child is not in daycare, if the days he goes to daycare falls on those days. You should not have to pay for a service, when you will not get a service. And nobody is working that day. It should be up to the business to be responsbile to pay employees for holiday pay.
