NOO WAYYY! The staff is way under certified, must been in trouble prior because every little thing they will call you to pick up your kid! don't leave them here if you have a job.. There are too many children compared to staff and they get "upset" pay attention!~ too much work for too "lil" pay

I recently toured LKZ and enrolled my 5 month old here. I have to say that after reading the mixed reviews I was concerned and asked ALOT of questions and spent 2 hours observing the staff here. When I mentioned the reviews that I read to the owner she informed me that since the reviews had been written and some complaints had come across to her, some of the staff have been retrained and others have "moved on". I'm pleased that the daycare is a 4 star facility and the staff that I've observed/met are caring and educated! (fyi-I'm an educator myself and used to work at a stars facility in another area, so I knew what I was looking for and what to ask!)That being said I've been very pleased with the care my child is receiving at LKZ. If you were turned off by the earlier reviews just go and spend some time there and make your own decision.

I strongly disagree with the negative reviews...i've been involved with this center for five years and its not the horrible place people make it sound. The staff are all qualified and educated. If u all knew the facts u would know tht to become a STAR 4 facility the staff must have some kind of education or a degree in early childhood!! And a center doesn't become a STAR 4 by being a neglectful and run down place...sooo let's not let a couple bad apples ruin the whole bunch here. Little Kid Zone is a good place to take children and the director and staff have always been nice and respectful to me...helpful as well!

My children have been going to this daycare center for 3 years. I love the staff, my children really enjoys going to play with thier friends. Any problems I ever had, the staff took care of it. There are only 2 centers in the area that are STAR 4, and this is one of them.

Little Kids Zone is a fantastic Childcare Center. What drew me to this childcare center is that they are a STARS 4 facility. From what I understand, this is something to look for in a daycare center. My child has been in this childcare center for over 2 years and I am very pleased with the director and staffing. My child has learnt alot from this center and it is nice to know that I have no worries while I am at work because I know the staff are qualified, I made sure of it :o) I read over all of the previous reviews and I find all of them to be misinformative. I would highly reccommend this childcare facility to anyone!

...terrible place to take your child. things ran there are unfair, and the owners aren't friendly at all! i went to pick up my child from daycare, and she wasn't even wearing socks or shoes (it was thirty five degrees that day), plus she had a runny nose and her diaper was soiled. they (the oweners) let their children work there, and they are nothing but lazy!!! they won't work at all or have any care torwards the children that attend the daycare. i wouldn't recommend this center at all!!!!!!!

i WOULD NOT recommend ANY child to attend LKZ. some of the staff are kind and caring torwards children, however, most of the workers there could care less. The worker in the baby room isn't friendly whstsoever, and i have heard from several other employees that she hits the kids and throws them in a crib simply for not listening. these infants don't know any better, these workers in the baby room should realize this! very little learning is involed and several times, when picking up my child, i would find the director sitting there on the computer (wouldn't greet the parents at all; apparantly shopping was more important to her)...this daycare is very unstructered; i wouldn't recommend it at all!!!!!!!

Wow and I apply there for employment. I have all my backgrounds and my physical along with the TB shot done. I just need to do the CPR class... So they are really that horrible.

I will not even rate this daycare. They are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I had my 2 yr old son here for one day. First me and my husband walk in, and there are kids standing in tabletops, hitting each other. So we walk into the toddler room, and there was no one there supervising the children! When the "teacher" finally came in the room, she said she had stepped out a few seconds ago. So, not wanting to go to work, i had to leave my baby there. Well, i get back there 7 hrs later, my son was in the infant room, feeding an infant a bottle, he had someone's binky in his mouth, a diaper full of feces. It was horrible, when i went to see who was in charge, there were all out in the backyard....SMOKING! This daycare is absolutely horrible, for those looking for a daycare....PLEASE DO NOT CHOSE THIS ONE, and for those who have their children here....BE AWARE, there are horrible caretakers!!!!!!

the staff are very caring, however not very qualified. most of them do not have any backgrounds in child care. there is not much structured activity or learning going on.
