This car dealership is top notch. I don't know what Erin B's problem was but if you talk to employees with respect, they will respect you back. Do you understand how hard it is to keep tabs on 100+ vehicles? Why don't you try it and let me know how it goes Erin B. Thanks. I promise everyone that this car dealership is truly professional. God didn't make people perfect.

We spoke to Rudy on the phone the night before we planned to purchase a car. Upon arriving Rudy was not prepared. We requested a Car fax report. 40 min later Rudy came back with the report. We were then told there were problems with Car fax report and the cars title, and we were not able to purchase the car. When I asked why they were only finding this information out now, Rudy began to yell at me, stating it costs him money to pull a car fax report. We drove over 2 hours to get to the car lot. Besides the complete lack of customer service, I find it a problem that they have cars on their lot, listed for sale without knowing if they are even able to sell them. I called the next business day to speak with the owner, William. He told me it was my fault for not requesting the Car fax report the day before when I called, stating "If you would have done your part, and asked for the Car fax the day before, you could have saved yourself a trip".
