I had received a phone call from a representative telling me to come into a branch because they needed to see the actual documents. So I went up there today to the Burbank location and the teller had told me that she had processed my application, although it didnt have my SSN on it. She said that I was declined but didnt bother sending me the letter or giving me a phone call telling me this.
