I have had nothing but a positive experience with Arbor at Centerbrook Apartments in Live Oak. The staff was awesome they were very attentive to my needs, processed my paperwork in a timely manner. The manager was on top of things as it should be. I was able to meet the maintenance so I knew who he was if he had to come into my apartment for a work order.
I don't understand the negative reviews on this site and would hope that its not just someone trying to be ugly or a resident who continuously didn't abide by the rules and is now just being ugly. The manager Krista is a very nice lady and is really good at managing the property for being a one person office. In regards to move in dates anyone who is well aware of a new lease up will always know that construction can be delayed and that is not the managements issue that is a construction delay so have a heart people she did the best job she could.
Again the ones that cry the loudest are usually the ones that have a unauthorized person living in the unit or not abiding by the rules.
I say this place is great, beautiful and quiet management has there stuff down here and is doing wonderful!!!

I have called this apt for months. Every time I call The move in dates have changed, now there is a waiting list. Each time calling the same girl answers and customer service was horrible, info is not correct, if this is how the property is run before it is fully opened I would hate how things are conducted once fully developed. I have heard bad things already from this new property . I will love to have her job and do it correctly, making folks happy to call home.

Communication was great, the staff has always been very helpful! Very excited to be moving in to my new home the middle of November!! Great location!

I applied in May and they told me they weren't going to be ready till October 1,2016. Than i recieved a call they wont be ready till the 2nd week of October. I kept calling bc my daughter and i were anxious to move. I called and called to see what was the "update". Now they wont be ready till the 2nd week of Nov. This is Horrible! I live in a hotel now bc of all this mess! I honestly dont understand who the contractors are they must suck! As a contractor they should know when they will be ready. They keep pushing the date line. ����

Lack of communication and does not care about their future tentants. I was told my apartment would be ready March 14,2016. It is now Oct 16,2016 and i have yet to move in my 1 bedroom apartment. Also i gave them an amount of $846 ($250 deposit and $596 first months rent). I call them constantly none stop no answer. I have decided to get a refund with the apartments and the company. They are stating to me it can take up to 90 days for my refund. Why do i have to wait 90 days when i already waited 7 months with no where to go staying with different people.
