My experience here as been great: the pharmacy technicians are always polite and courteous, and the customer service specialists have been equally as kind. Except one. I had to start shopping/transfer my prescriptions to another(farther)location because of her. When I go in, I'm usually with my partner, and when she sees us it all happens the same way. She will ignore us as long as possible, won't look at me OR speak to me when I'm at the counter(she won't even tell me the total she just stands there), and hisses "have a nice day" to us as we're already walking out the door and then laughs and sweetly welcomes the next customer in line. I don't know what has caused her to be so hateful:I believe its an issue of age(she must think because we are in our 20's we don't deserve respect) and our interracial relationship as this would be the ONLY explanation for her blatant cruelty directed solely at us. When speaking to managers on different occasions, I was told the issue would be handled and yet I run into the same issue every time I go in. I have also been told she has tenure with the company, which as a customer implicates that nothing will be done. But if she valued her job as much as the company seems to value her tenure-she wouldn't be driving away customers. I'm the first one to compliment and last one to complain, but someone needs to hear me and if it won't be the company I'll turn to its customers! If you're going to this location-you've been warned.
