Homeowners BEWARE of this company. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but don't let that stop you, BBB will still inquire. ERA Tucker favors the tenant to encourage return business but also to avoid any legal issues with them because if ERA loses in court, they are liable for withheld deposit, court costs and attorney fees, therefore,ERA maintains a broad definition of "fair wear and tear". This philosophy leaves the homeowner financially responsible for the damages incurred by the tenant and the loss of property value!

Try another service,we used them for just enought time to satisfy the contract and then went to another service. They treat people like they will always get your service. They are a large operation, but really try to lull you in with their family values,but will not give you the time of day once you sign the paperwork. What I would different now? I would ask for other customers names and see what they would grade them as to avoid the hassle I went with this den of wolves.

I called to inquire on a rental property, realtor was to get back to me on status or rental, 2days later I had to call back come to find out I did not qualify so why bother to return my call, that is BAD customer service
