I've done business with Rudy several times and he always does a great job for a very fair price. But this time I've been trying to pick my jewelry up for a few days. He's not answering his phone and he's not opening his business my next call is to the police

Have been going to Rudy for years! He does a very good job, and I feel safe leaving my jewelry with him!!!

He completed my repair a week late, not a very honest guy at all. He quoted me one price and when I picked up my repair, he charged me another price. I dropped off my diamond and when I am not sure that I got back my same diamond. I do not recommend, just shady

His prices are to high now, and his attitude sucks! Maybe I got him on a bad day but it's never been $15 to take of the back of a watch. I used to bring him the same two watches for him to fix for it would be under $20. For a new battery and cleaning on TWO very different watches. But $15 to remove the back no thanks.

I've been taking my jewelry to Rudy for years! He recently sized my wedding set down {as I've lost a lot of weight :-)}. He did a great job, and even remembered me by name. They shine like new and fit perfectly. Thank you Rudy!
