This place was great. The lady that handled my transaction was very professional and friendly. I think they provide a great service for the community.

This place is very unprofessional. They will no longer make a quick buck off our fleet vehicles. Very disappointing.

Since the change all the prices have gone up and the personal attention and even basic knowledge have gone out the door!

I have been in the office when an easy change over in title was being transacted by an elderly woman, and the attendant was getting frustrated because the old woman wasn't understanding the ;terms & quotes she was using. I went to business school and I couldn't understand her either. The manager came over and politely explained it to the woman BUT it was an imposition for her to so, I spoke to the manger after and explained what I observed and I was unimpressed by the whole scene. I have yet to go back. I had to give it a star BUT.......
