The staff here is great. The Veterinarians are terriffic . Dr Proctor, Dr Gates have both seen my furry kids and Dr Proctor has been seeing them for eight years now. They have grown so much with clientele they need a much bigger place but that does not in any way decrease the attention to my kids. Love my Vets and Vet Assistants...Denise Cunningham

we recently moved to this area from KY...our shih tzu, chloe, was ill when we arrived & we knew something was very wrong with her, so i found the universal city animal hospital quickly. they got us in straight-away & upon exam and tests, found that chloe had severe kidney problems and that her kidneys were failing...after some in-patient treatments and TLC, we brought chloe home...she didn't live very long afterwards, but she was happy and not in any pain that we could tell...thank God for people like the vets & staff that work at this facility...we have 2 other shih tzu's and will be using the UCAH for all shots, preventative treatments and anything else that comes up with them...HIGHLY recommended and rated 5 stars because their office is quaint, but their service & care is top-notch!!
