I called to find out some information about my account. The lady I spoke with named Diane was extremely rude and told me that she could not talk to me because she had a customer. I asked what time she would call me back. She said she did not know because people who come in the office take precedence. I was very upset since my trip is already paid for. What I realize about this business is that they just want to get you in the door and take your money. After that your just the bottom of the barrel to them. I will never use this company again for my travel needs. I would advise anyone looking for a travel agency to stay far away!
