The worst dentist experience I've ever had which goes many years. They repetitively asked me verifying questions to see if I was sure I was sure I was sure I needed emergency tooth extraction, if I was sure I was sure I was sure I wanted to have it looked at; after two appointments and like 30 minutes on another call with them they refused in dos for some discrimination or otherwise outright incompetent reasons at any rate don't give these people ANYthing

Best dental experience I have ever had! From reception, all the way to the procedure. I was in a tremendous amount of pain when I walked in but with such a kind staff, and great Dr. I was able to laugh as well! How many times can you say that? special shout out to Dr. RT and Jazzy for being so kind and gentle during procedure!

I had an absolutely excellent experience at this Dental office. From the office clerk, to the hygienist, X-ray technician, to the Dentist - the entire staff was wonderful. I was very nervous to go to the dentist and they made me feel at ease and everyone treated me with compassion.

Our experience at Aspen Dental was horrible. We called to set an new patient appointment for January when our 6 month check up was due. They rushed us in for a "new patient consult" now saying we needed to be seen to schedule a hygienist appointment because they were scheduling out til April (6 months out). We went in and they demanded they do a full mouth set of xrays (at no charge). We knew something was up at that point. Before I even opened my mouth, the hygienist asked "what kind of cleanings do you get?" I found out why when she started going through my mouth quickly indicating I had gum disease. When I refused the extra procedure they suggested, the "financial guy" told me I was going to be referred to a periodontist and would have to pay a lot more. Interestingly, my previous dentist did not indicate I had any serious problem with my gums. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. at Aspen Dental. I would not recommend them to anyone! My husband had the same experience by the way.

Too much scamming. Bait and switch. Do not let them fool you by the free exam.

Feels like going to buy a car...they nickle and dime you...actually..buying a car is much easier....stay away

Aspen Dental on University Parkway was a great experience. The entire staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Thanks for making my visit to the dentist office great.

This place has a great "new patients get free x-ray" promotion... But that's about all they are good for... They blatently lied to me about my teeth having deeper "pockets" then they really do - they tried to sign me up for a full periodontal therapy when it was NOT NEEDED.



If you go here, I suggest you get the free x-rays and then transfer to Sarasota Family Dental (5 stars, based on 50+ reviews).



Again, this place will sell you services YOU DO NOT NEED. Find a different dentist.
